From time-to-time, we are able to take pre-orders for popular stock that is limited in supply and will sell out quickly. You can pre-order items in your BambiniBox based on your fave brands’ arrival time. You will have the first pick of popular pre-order stock before it is put out in store.  If you would like to include pre-order items in your BambiniBox, please tell us in the notes section when you place your BambiniBox order and include the brands you love.

Bambini may require additional time to deliver these products, since at the time we offer them as pre-orders, they will not yet be in our warehouse. Our website will provide estimated delivery times. We’ll be in touch regarding whether we split the order, and send your pre-orders later, or send everything in the same BambiniBox, once the pre-order stock has arrived.

If you are not satisfied with an item (or items) supplied by Bambini Ltd (T/A BambiniBox), please return to us in its original condition within 14 days, with labels and tags still attached, for a replacement or credit. If it is your preference, we will replace the item if stock is available or alternatively we will provide you with a credit to use in store, on our website or towards your next BambiniBox. We are committed to meeting all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please note that returned items are NOT refundable, unless proven faulty.

For BambiniBox returns and exchanges, you have ONE FREE RETURN – whereby Bambini will pay the cost of the return, as carried by our nominated courier. We will email you a link to enter your pick up details. For any further “change of mind” returns, postage/courier are the customer’s responsibility. For sales and exchanges outside of New Zealand, the customer will need to pay any duties and taxes necessary. Sorry, at the current time, we are unable to extend the BambiniBox ONE FREE RETURN policy outside of New Zealand.

This agreement is between you (the ‘customer’ or site user) and Bambini Ltd (T/A BambiniBox). Once an order is received by us we have no obligation to sell, supply or complete the order to you until it has been accepted by our management team. Title remains with Bambini Ltd until full payment for the item(s) under the agreement has been received. Each individual order is considered a separate agreement. Each order will be accepted by Bambini Ltd at our absolute discretion.

Once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address nominated by the ‘customer’, the risk and title is then passed on to the ‘customer’ who placed the order. If you are not satisfied with your goods please refer to our returns/exchange policies. Bambini will not be held responsible for any items shipped by others, and we advise you to use a tracking number if returning goods. Bambini will not be held accountable for return postage charges or any duty reimbursement – other than in the case of the item being proven faulty, in which case we fully adhere to the protections you have as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Any trade marks, logos, pictures, images or text featured on www.bambini.nz and www.bambinibox.nz or on our Instagram and Facebook pages are not to be copied or used for any purpose, without the prior consent of the directors of Bambini Ltd. If you believe an image or text featured on the site belongs to you and we are using it without authority please email us on store@bambini.nz and we will happily remove it or credit you, following proof of ownership.

You must not use or copy Bambini Ltd , nor BambiniBox, nor any variation of Bambini Ltd or BambiniBox, in any manner, which is not consistent with the rights of the owner or licence.

The websites www.bambini.nz and www.bambinibox.nz (also www.bambini.co.nz, and Instagram and Facebook, and any other website attributed to Bambini Ltd) are owned by Bambini Ltd and all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, images, data compilations and software, is the property of Bambini Ltd and is fully protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. We will pursue copyright and impersonation breaches to the full extent of local and international laws.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Bambini Ltd and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. All trademarks, brands and names appearing on the website www.bambini.nz / www.bambini.co.nz / www.bambinibox.nz and related social media sites that are operated by Bambini Ltd are the property of their respective owners.
